The Neruda was created by Marina Markovic for the bar at Lore in Brooklyn NYC. This is a very satisfying highball that’ll help you use any grenadine and cinnamon syrup you may have on hand! Especially if you made that lazy cinnamon syrup we posted a bit ago.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Grenadine
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup
Top
Garnish
- 2 Maraschino Cherries on a pick
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to shaking tin.
- Shake 8-10 seconds.
- Strain into a highball.
- Top with soda.
- Garnish two luxardo cherries on a pick
- Enjoy!
