The Mundo Perdido cocktail means “Lost Word” in Spanish. This was made exclusively for Smuggler’s Cove by Jeff “Beachbum” Berry in 2009.
Mundo Perdido
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Demerara Syrup
- 1/4 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 1/2 oz Applejack Apple Brandy
- 1 1/2 oz Dark Rum
Garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double Strain in a chilled coupe.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
