This version gives it a sour makeover by Los Angeles bartender (and whiskey sour master) Dan Sabo.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz Dry Vermouth
- 3/4 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Egg White
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a tin and dry shake.
- Then shake with a big rock of ice and a little cheater cube.
- Shake until cheater cube is fully dissolved.
- Strain into a footed Rocks glass.
- Enjoy!
