Maroon Island

Our dear reader, Carlos Contreras submitted this recipe where he said that it has no background per se. The ingredients lend itself to more tiki, but he really was just experimenting one night with what he had and created something cool. Think of it like a spiritual riff on the Trinidad Sour.
