As a Brazilian I love cocktails with cachaça. It’s worth searching for good quality cachaça brands (5000+ in Brazil, but abroad there are good choices such as Leblon or Avuá). This cocktail is much better with Amburana aged cachaça. Swapping the syrup for honey works Very well too. Other bitters, or a blend of different ones crentes other distinct profile as well.
