Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Red Wine
- .75 oz Aperol
- .5 oz Lemon Juice
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 oz Kombucha
Instructions
- Add ingredients to tin
- Add ice and shake 8-10 Seconds
- Strain into Glass with ice
- Garnish with Lemon Wedge

I have been meaning to do some Kombucha recipes and when I was made aware of this one, I knew I had to do it. Not to mention many many of you guys have been asking for a Sangria recipe and this one ranks up there with some of the best I’ve had…and it’s a one off recipe which is easily upscaled to a pitcher should one desire it.
Should you crave something a little boozier I have it on good authority that 1oz (30ml) of Gin does this cocktail good!
