Toby Maloney’s Eastside variation playing the cucumber and salt off of each other and the Rosewater and Angostura off of each other. A banger of a drink if ever there was one. Both are crushable and complex.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Beefeater Gin
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 pcs Cucumber Slices
- 8-10 pcs Mint Leaves
- Pinch Salt
- 5 drops Rosewater
- 5 drops Angostura Bitters
Garnish
- Mint Leaf small
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to tin and muddle lightly.
- Add ice and shake 8-10 seconds.
- Place mint leaf garnish on cocktail so it floats.
- Add one drop of Rosewater onto the Leaf.
- Add 3 drops angostura on top of the cocktail close to the mint.
- Enjoy!
