Dutch Kills is a bar in the Milk & Honey family in Long Island opened by former Little Branch bartender Richard Boccato and Petraske in 2009. Gelnaw-Rubin started his bartending career in earnest at Little Branch in 2008 after getting job through being a bar regular. After getting trained he ended up at Dutch Kills where he found himself behind the stick for the next six years.
