Servings 1 cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz Aperol
1 oz Gin
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Garnish

Lemon Peel

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
Shake 8-10 seconds.
Strain into a Coupe or cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
