Instructions

Preheat glass with hot water
Empty glass
Add Sugar and a splash of hot water
Muddle sugar to dissolve
Add remaining ingredients
Top with Hot water
Add chip of butter (1/2 tsp) on top
Float Lemon Heart 151 and light on fire
