Instructions
 

  • Add lemon wedges (peel side down) on the mixing tin.
  • Add honey & bitters.
  • Muddle.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Add ice.
  • Shake for 8-10 seconds.
  • Double strain on a chilled ice with large ice.
  • Garnish.
  • Enjoy!
