Ingredients
- 1 oz Mezcal Espadin
- 1 oz Reposado Tequila
- 1/2 oz Hot Honey Syrup
- 1 das Angostura Bitters
- 1 dash Peychaud's Bitters
- 3 pcs Lemon Wedges
Garnish
Instructions
- Add lemon wedges (peel side down) on the mixing tin.
- Add honey & bitters.
- Muddle.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain on a chilled ice with large ice.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
