The Hoodwinked was created by Devon Espinoza at the Hotel Californian in Santa Barbara. It is essentially a Jungle Bird Riff and quite a good one!
Hoodwinked
Ingredients
- 2 oz Mezcal
- 1/2 oz Aperol
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
Garnish
- Pineapple Wedge dusted with Harrissa spice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain into a glass.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
