Kind of a short episode for you guys today! And we get into the cocktail rather quickly in this one! Hole In The Cup was created by Milk & Honey bartender Lauren McLaughlin, don’t have a year on it. This cocktail was created when McLaughlin attempted to make a riff on Sasha Petraske’s Gordon’s Cup Cocktail with the addition of a healthy amount of Absinthe. Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Blanco Tequila
- .25 oz Absinthe
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- .75 oz Simple Syrup
- .5 oz Lime Juice
- 2 Cucumber Slices
Garnish
Instructions
- Add ingredients to tin
- Add ice and shake for 8-10 Seconds
- Strain into chilled Glass
- Garnish with Cucumber Slice
