My wife got mad at me when I asked her if she wanted one. Eventually we worked it out. She thought I was asking her if she wanted a “hairy midnight snack”.
Great cocktail after i tweaked the recipe a bit. The fernet was to dominant for me, so i did 0.5 Oz ramazotti amaro and 0.5 Oz fernet (so 1 Oz of amaro total instead of the original 1,5 Oz). I also added a barspoon of simple syrup. After the tweaks the cocktail was fantastic.
I thought this was delicious. Creamy orange and refreshing mint from the Fernet. I had to make a second snack for myself!
