The Giny Germain cocktail was made by bartender Antoine Goldschmid of Poulette Restaurant.
Ingredients
- 3 inches Cucumber diced
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 3/8 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/8 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 1 pc Egg White
Garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain on a chilled coupe.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
