2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Pomelo Juice

Top

Soda Water

Garnish

Pomelo Twist

Instructions

Shake all ingredients in a tin.
Sstrain into a highball glass over ice.
Top with soda water and zest pomelo.
Add garnish.
Enjoy!
