Ingredients
- 5 drops Saline Solution 80g water 20g salt
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1/2 oz Acidulated Pineapple Juice
- 1 1/2 oz Coconut Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 1/2 oz Rum Scarlet Ibis Rum
- 60 g Pineapple Frozen
- 170 g Ice pebble or crushed ice
Garnish
Acidulated Pineapple Juice
- 100 ml Pineapple Juice
- 3.2 g Citric Acid
- 2 g Malic Acid
Instructions
- In a blender, add all ingredients without ice and dry blend.
- Next, add the ice and blend again.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!

Could you confirm that it’s supposed to be 0.5oz pineapple juice + 1.5oz coconut syrup OR 1.5oz pineapple juice + 0.5oz coconut syrup (as per the recipe card on your youtube video).
yes it’s 1/2oz of Acidulated Pineapple Juice (ingredients on how to make it is added) and 1 1/2oz of Coconut Syrup
