- 3/4 oz Jamaica Rum Coruba Dark Jamaica Rum
- 1 tsp Grand Marnier
- 1 tsp Clement Creole Shrubb
- 1 oz Acid Adjusted Pineapple Juice see note below
- 5/8 oz Orgeat
- 5 drops Saline Solution 20% Solution

- 100 ml Pineapple Juice
- 3.2 g Citric Acid
- 2 g Malic Acid
