Possibly named after a WWI era gun that shot 75mm shells. This drink emerged around 1915 at Harry’s American Bar in Paris.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a mixing tin.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain into Champagne flute.
- Top champagne.
- Enjoy!
