Flor Amargo

I wanted to create a cocktail that wasn’t to sweet but wasn’t to strong, something balanced, I came across a Smith & Cross Jamaican Rum and also thought of Campari, I thought how could I incorporate Campari in a summer cocktail, I have a bottle of Campari but none of my friends would like Campari at the first try, so I wanted to incorporated with other flavors to get to use the bottle more often, and It resulted in Flor Amargo. For me, when I tasted it the first time, I thought it wasn’t bad at all, you get the Jamaican Rum and then the sweetness, and the bitterness at the end, but they don’t overpower each other, when you first try it, you think, oh it’s gonna be strong, but then you get hit with, oh no, it’s gonna be sweet, or bitter, but at the end it’s all those 3 in one well balance cocktail, let me know what you guys think of it!
