Flamingo in the Forest
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1/4 oz Aperol
- 1/2 oz Aquavit
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Strawberry Cucumber Oleo Saccharum
Strawberry Cucumber Oleo Saccharum
- 350 g Strawberries sliced
- 200 g Cucumber sliced
- 250 g Sugar
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Shake 10-15 seconds.
- Garnish with mint and cucumber.
Strawberry Cucumber Oleo Saccharum
- Pour sugar over sliced strawberry and cucumbers and allow to sit for 4 hours.
- Move to refrigerator and allow to sit for another 24 hours.
- Strain into bottle.
- Oleo will last about 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
