Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Matcha
- 1 Egg white
- Basil Leaves
Instructions
- Add all ingredients plus one basil leaf and egg white to a shaking tin.
- Dry shake 30 seconds to emulsify egg.
- Next add a big rock of ice.
- Shake 8-10 seconds.
- Enjoy!
