This drink is credited to a bartender named George Delgado at a bar called Libation in New York City around 2004.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 8-10 Mint Leaves
- 3 Cucumber Slices
Garnish
- Mint leaf
Instructions
- Add mint, cucumber simple syrup and lime juice to a tin.
- Muddle lightly being careful to only express the oils from the mint.
- Add Gin, shake with ice 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe.
- Enjoy!
