Ingredients
- 2 oz Amontillado Sherry
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Coconut Cream
- .75 oz Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Add ingredients to tin
- Add pebble or crushed ice and shake until cold
- Pour into glass and top with ice
- Garnish with Angostura Bitters, Pineapple Wedge and Frond
