Matt Mason, who is our dear reader, wanted to try something with coconut creme but not the usual rums and juices. He likes green chartreuse and thought he’d see how well it pairs with creme de cacao as well. Added some lime juice to up the acidity and mix with the coconut and gin as the base spirit. It kind of reminds him of a White Lady, but lots more flavors.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Coconut Cream
- 1⁄4 oz Green Chartreuse
- 1⁄4 oz Creme de Cacao.
Garnish

Instructions
- Add Ingredients to shaker.
- Shake.
- Strain.
- Drink!
