I love bourbon and rum, thought that cinnamon would go with those spirits, so I decide to make a daiquiri style cocktail, and here I am (sorry about my English)
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Bourbon
- ½ oz Aged Rum
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Cinnamon Bark Syrup
- 1⁄4 oz Sugar Cane Syrup
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a shaker
- Shake for 10 – 12 seconds
- Fine strain in a chilled coupe
- No garnish
- Enjoy
