The Daq Attack was created by Lee Zaremba at Let’s Go Disco in Los Angeles this cocktail has a decidedly summer vibe, but I don’t care. It’s summer all year long In this studio. This is just another beautiful play on the Daiquiri template. After a tiny little bit of prep making the kiwi syrup, it’s super simple to whip up and as an added extra bonus you can throw this kiwi syrup into just about any refreshing lime-based cocktail for easy riffs on anything you’re making.
