Ingredients
- 1 oz Old Tom Gin
- 1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Creme de Banane
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Black Pepper Syrup
- Egg White
Garnish
- Black Pepper Freshy Ground
Instructions
- Dry shake the lemon juice and egg white in a mixing tin.
- Add other ingredients.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain on a chilled coupe.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
