An infinitely Crushable take on the Pimm’s Cup
The Cool Aunt Pimm was created by Annie Williams Pierce of Law Bird in Columbus Ohio. In this Pimms Cup variation she masterfully pairs Blanco Tequila with Amontillado Sherry, it is super refreshing and worth a mix in these dog days of summer.
Law Bird is a small bites joint with cocktails which Pierce is opening with her husband.

Ingredients
- 1 oz Sherry Amontillado Sherry
- .75 oz Blanco Tequila
- .25 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Bar Spoon Raspberry Preserve Make it a ‘heaping’ bar spoon
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
Top
- 1.5 oz Cucumber Tonic Water Approximate depending on glass
Garnish
Instructions
- Add ingredients to tin
- Add shaking ice
- Shake 8-10 Seconds
- Add ice cubes to glass
- Fine strain into glass
- Lemon Twist
- Garnish with Fresh Mint Sprig
