This cocktail was created by Los Angeles bartender CJ Catalano. This one is close to my heart not only do I love love love Manhattan Variations but Century City is a neighborhood of LA that’s right around the corner from where I live.
Century City
Ingredients
- 1 oz Mezcal
- 1 oz Cognac
- 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1/4 oz Chile Liqueur
- 2 dash Orange Bitters
Instructions
- Add ingredients in a glass.
- Add ice.
- Stir for 8-10 seconds.
- Serve in a chilled coupe.
- Enjoy!
