Campanula sour comes from Copa De Oro one of the early LA cocktail bars really innovating great drinks. It was under the direction of LA bar Legend Vincenzo Marianella for many years, it persisted for a decade which is really rare for a bars in general. sadly it closed it’s doors in 2019.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Grapefruit Vodka
- 3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur St Germain
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Barspoon Simple Syrup
- 1 pc Red Bell Pepper 1 inch
- 8-10 pcs Mint Leaves
Garnish
- Red Bell Pepper Slice ring
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker including pepper.
- Muddle pepper.
- Shake 8-10 seconds.
- Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
