Cameron’s Kick
Ingredients
- 1 oz Scotch
- 1 oz Whiskey Pot Still Irish
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Orgeat
Garnish
- Lemon Twist and discard
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and shake dry (no ice) for 30 seconds
- Then shake with a big rock of ice 8-10 seconds.
- Strain into a coupe and express oils from the lemon peel over the cocktail.
- Discard the peel.
- Enjoy!
