The Brancolada was one of the very best cocktails i had in 2019 and a definite highlight of my New York trip. Stoked to be able to share the recipe with you!
The Brancolada was created by Jeremy Oertel for the bar Donna in Brooklyn. I don’t have an exact date for you guys on this one. We have definitely covered quite a few of Oertel’s drinks on this channel and this one has go to be one of, if not the best drinks I had this year. Jeremy has been kicking around the NYC bartending scene for quite some time and now co-owns the consulting company You And Me Cocktails with his wife Natasha David. This drink really hits all the right notes for me in my yearlong obsession with the Pina Colada. I have tasted and shot a lot of epsiodes on Pina Colada variations, but this, this is something else! Also it is tiki inspired with flavors just right for the holiday season, so hopefully you guys do yourselves a favor and make this one ASAP!
Okeedokee enough talking, let’s get mixing!
