This one was from the Hawaiian location of Don The Beachcomber circa the 1950s. When ‘ol Donn Beach divorced his wife she got the original Hollywood Location in the divorce so he set up shop in Waikiki.
Blue Reef
Ingredients
- 2 oz Puerto Rican Rum Light
- 1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
- 1 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Galliano
Instructions
- Whip shake with crushed ice.
- Dump into a snifter.
- Add crushed ice.
- Enjoy
