Trash-tini cocktail recipe
Ingredients
- 3/4oz (22ml) Vodka
- 3/4oz (22ml) Plymouth Gin
- 3/4oz (22ml) Bitter Bianco
- 3/4oz (22ml) Charred Onion Dry Vermouth (see below)
- 2 Dashes Sherry Vinegar (Aged)
- 20 drops Shrub Bitters (Celery)

Directions
- Add ingredients in a mixing glass.
- Add ice.
- Stir.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe.
- Enjoy!

- Chop onion and put in a grill until charred
- Put in a jar with the dry vermouth.
- Infuse for 24 hours.
