Traditional Martini cocktail recipe
Ingredients
- 2oz (60ml) Gin (Preferably Plymouth)
- 1oz (30ml) Dry Vermouth
- 2 dashes Orange bitters (double with Japanese Bitters Bottle)

Directions
- Add all ingredients in a mixing glass.
- Add big ice first and add smaller ice.
- Stir for approximately 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, Nick and Nora or Coupe.
- Garnish with lemon twist.
- Enjoy!
