Directions

1. Add all ingredients except Top to a mixing tin.
2. Whip shake with a small amount of pebble ice until most of the ice is gone.
3. Pour into a chilled glass and add pebble ice about halfway or a bit more.
4. Top with Apertivo.
5. Cover with a little more pebble ice.
6. Garnish.
7. Enjoy!

1. Measure out 100 ml of fresh orange juice.
2. Add the citric acid and malic acid.
3. Stir until the acids are completely dissolved to bring it to the acidity of lime juice.
