Ingredients
- 3/4oz (22.5 ml) Lime Juice
- 3/4oz (22.5 ml) Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2oz (15 ml) Simple Syrup
- 3/4oz (22.5 ml) Aperol
- 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) Tequila Blanco

Garnish
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing tin.
- Throw the cocktail between tins to aerate.
- Pour Club Soda into the bottom of a highball glass.
- Strain the thrown cocktail into the glass and add ice.
- Top with Champagne.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
