Directions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing tin.
- Throw the cocktail between tins to aerate.
- Pour Club Soda into the bottom of a highball glass.
- Strain the thrown cocktail into the glass and add ice.
- Top with Champagne.
- Garnish.
