Directions

1. Pour soda water into a glass.
2. Add all ingredients except Top to a mixing tin.
3. Shake for 8-10 seconds.
4. Strain into the glass containing soda water and a spear of ice.
5. Garnish with a freeze-dried grapefruit.
6. Enjoy!
