- Strainer
- GE Ice Maker
- Mixing Glass
- Bar Spoon
- Cocktail Glasses
- Mixing Glass Bar Starter Kit
Directions
Add Mint Oreo Milk Punch in a coupe.
Garnish.
Enjoy!
Mint Foam
Blanche the mint bouquet for 20 seconds.
Blend.
Strain and transfer in a container
Set aside.
Put 200 ml in a pan.
Put the other 200ml in a blender.
Add Xanthan Gum in blender.
Blend.
Turn fire on low.
Add Methylcellulose F50 in the pan.
Whisk until it fully incorporates.
Add the Methylcellulose F50 mixture with the Xanthan Gum mixture.
Stir.
Transfer to an ISI WHipper.
Set aside.
Mint Oreo Milk Punch
Add milk in a container.
Blend oreos and add to the container.
Stir.
Set aside.
Mix other ingredients, except water, in another container.
Stir.
Set aside.
Take the blended Oreo into a filter.
Squeeze to take the liquid.
Add both liquid and wait until the curd settles down.
Filter the liquid.
Re-filter the liquid to clarify.
Transfer to a container.
Add water.
Set aside.
