Strawberry Nights cocktail recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2oz (45ml) Vodka
- 1/2oz (15ml) Cappelletti Apertivo
- 3/4oz (22ml) Strawberry Honey Syrup (See below)
- 3/4oz (22ml) Lemon Juice
- Egg White

Directions
- Add all ingredients to a tin.
- Shake 30 seconds dry to emulsify egg.
- Then add large format ice.
- Shake again to chill and dilute 8-10 seconds.
- Strain into an ice filled Collins glass.
- Top with soda.
- Enjoy!
