Strawberry Basil Buck

Directions

1. Add all ingredients except gin in a mixing tin.
2. Lightly muddle the basil leaves and strawberries.
3. Add gin and ice.
4. Shake for 8-10 seconds.
5. Double strain to the Collins glass with ginger beer.
6. Top with more ginger beer (if you like).
7. Garnish.
