Ingredients
- 1oz (30ml) Lime Juice
- 1/4oz (7.5ml) Ginger Syrup
- 8 drops Hot Sauce (Tabasco)
- 1/2oz (15ml) Orange Liqueur (Cointreau)
- 3/4oz (22ml) Amaro (Cynar)
- 1oz (30ml) Mango Liqueur (Chinola)
- 2oz (60ml) Tequila Reposado
Garnish
- Tajín Rim
Directions
- Get a lime and dab in the side of the rocks glass.
- Garnish with Tajín.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing tin.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Strain into the Tajín-rimmed Rocks glass over ice.
- Enjoy!
