Spicy Añejo Sour

Directions

1. Add ingredients in a tin.
2. In a separate tin, add the eggwhite.
3. Dry shake in 30 seconds.
4. Add ice and shake.
5. Double strain in glass.
6. Garnish with cayene pepper.
