Ingredients
- 1oz (30 ml) Pineapple Jjuice
- 1/4oz (7.5 ml) Lime Juice
- 1 bar spoon (5 ml) Simple Syrup
- 2 oz (60 ml) Light Rum
- 1 Egg White
Garnish
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a mixing tin.
- Dry shake.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain over a large ice cube into a glass.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
