Shelby Sour cocktail recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2oz (45ml) Bushmills (Prohibition Blend)
- 1/2oz (15ml) Orange Liqueur
- 3/4oz (22ml) Lemon Juice
- 1/2oz (15ml) Rich Simple Syrup (2:1)
- 1 egg white
Garnish
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a tin with egg white and dry shake.
- Add a big rock of ice.
- Shake 8-10 seconds.
- Strain into a cocktail Class or coupe.
- Enjoy!
