Roe Your Boat

Directions

1. Build the cocktail in an old fashioned glass.
2. Add pebble/crushed ice and swizzle until diluted and chilled (approx. 10 seconds)
3. Top with more pebble ice.
4. Garnish with an ice shell and salmon roe.
5. Enjoy!

For ice shell:

1. Fill a handheld citrus squeezer with shaved ice and press for 3 seconds.
2. Remove resulting ice shell and reserve in the freezer until needed.
