Reconstructed Dirty Martini

Unpopular opinion: I hate a dirty martini. I just don't really understand the point of taking vodka to make olive brine alcoholic; there is no complexity or vermouth in it. While I do hate the modern dirty martini, I actually like the format and I wanted to try and build a better one. Today we are tackling the humble dirty martini and trying to build a better one. This version is great because it adds complexity.
