Rattlesnake cocktail recipe
Ingredients
- 2oz (60ml) Rye (Sagamore Spirit Cask Strength)
- 3/4oz (22ml) Lemon Juice
- 3/4oz (22ml) Simple Syrup
- Absinthe Rinse
- Egg White
Garnish
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a tin.
- Then dry shake with egg white for 8-10 seconds to emulsify the egg.
- Then add a big rock of ice and shake with ice 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain into a cocktail glass or coupe sprayed with Absinthe Rinse.
- Garnish with lemon twist.
- Enjoy!
