Ingredients
- 5 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1/2oz (15 ml) Passion Fruit Syrup
- 1/2oz (15 ml) Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 oz (30 ml) Lime Juice
- 1oz (30 ml) Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2oz (15 ml) Simple Syrup
- 1 1/2oz (45 ml) Jamaican Rum
- 1 1/2oz (45 ml) Sherry Cask Rum
Garnish
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing tin.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Strain into a Poco Grande glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
